On the 21st of September 2016 I had the pleasure of visiting Rice tires and getting a complete set of Goodyear Assurance tires. Andy was phenomenal he was intelligent and versed on the products that he sells. I am so happy that I choose their shop to get my new tire instead of Walmart. The Goodyear tires that I purchased ride like a dream, I am one satisfied customer. Thank you Andy. I will be back to see you again Michael
They did offer me to bring it back after I asked, but we work and didn’t have time now our new tires and getting ruined after draining my pockets I know mistakes happen but that’s a big mistake and I didn’t feel he was the friendliest to me cause I had my dog who goes everywhere with me.
The service at Rice Tire was excellent. They had the tires I wanted in stock, no appointment necessary. They replaced my old tires quickly, and I LOVE my new tires. Quiet and smooth. Thanks!! I will be a return customer!
Took my truck in because the arm on my driver side windshield wiper broke and they looked at it and did even charge me labor to check it out and order the part I needed and it arrived the next day. They even tried to get me in the next day but couldn't but did the following day and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. I think we founded our honest machanic. Will deff return with more things needing to be done to my truck. FINALLY an honest shop.
I’ve bought cheap tires for my old truck a while back had no problem good price. Then I had an 4 wheel alignment done here not to long ago (roughly Month). The next day after getting the alignment my wife was driving it (her car) and herd bumping I checked it when she got home 3 lug nuts was screwed on just enough to hold the wheel on (I have no clue how they didn’t come off the way she said her car acted) so she was driving with 2 lug nuts she could’ve got seriously hurt not to mention how much I paid them for said alignment. This has caused us so much stress her steering wheel shakes BAD now smh, I just bought 680 in tires my paycheck before the alignment Was done. the last 600 dollar set that we just replaced was squared somehow but everyone says nothings wrong with it! When they did the alignment it showed the alignment hardly off how would that cause square tires?
Just wanted to and I had a problem with an oil change where I believe the bolt was over tightened. I brought it back to the shop and they took care of everything at no charge thank you very much again Rice Automotive.
Shopping for tires and of the 3 hrs of online and calling all the other local tire shops for tires rice seems like the direction I will go as the customer service on the phone was very helpful not only did they explain the better tire for my need they have it on hand ....we'll see how it goes ...Thanks Rice Tires in Cumberland
