Over the past few years, I have been to Health Matters Urgent Care on multiple occasions and I have always had a fantastic experience. Dr. Ronna and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I'd highly recommend this clinic for your medical needs!

Always friendly, fast and efficient. Never been there over an hour!! Update: was just there yesterday. I was in and out in 20 minutes!! They called my prescriptions in and they were ready when I reached Keyser. Today I'm feeling 90% better. Their diagnoses are always right. They are amazing! ❤️

This business is not Urgent Care as stated. You are nothing more than a number to them. Went in this morning with a cut that was bleeding profusely on my hand that required stitches. I asked how long the wait would be given the fact that the waiting room was almost full. I also stated at the time to the receptionist that I had cut myself, wasn't doing well at all and I couldn't stop the bleeding. She told me the wait would be long and then ask for my information. Needless to say I left. I went up to Med Express who were just as busy and I stated the same thing as I did at Health Matters. I was taken back in less than a minute and attended to.

My husband has been to this clinic at least 3 times. He has received excellent and kind care each time. The first 2 times were for illnesses, but the last time was for his sciatica. They did x-rays and set him up to receive an MRI. After that, they recommended that he see a neurosurgeon and set that up, too. We were more than thrilled with their thoughtful care and attention. We are grateful that we have insurance that allows us to utilize this clinic, which is also in a state that we do not live. We would recommend this clinic to EVERYONE.

Very. Unprofessional. I know am driving my son so he can set in the ER for a fee hours because the staff here didn't want to have to see one last patient. Sorry you all felt it was an inconvenience. I'm a nurse as well as my husband who's worked on the ER for 15 years. Just yesterday he was 4 hours late because he went up and personally kept a patient stable til medivac arrived. Did he have to? No. But he's just that kind of nurse. It would be different if you already had the lights out but you didn't. Ridiculous....

Pulled in at exactly 6:28 pm today. They state on the door they see last patient at 6:30. My 5 year old had a tear on hos cornea. They ran and locked the door before we got out. Then while standing looking at us they turned out the lights. See your last patient ? At 6:30 and close at 7. Big load of crap. I will no longer be using their services
